Stack of Oreo Cheesecake Brownies - rich, fudgy, and simply irresistible!

Oreo Cheesecake Brownies. Just saying the word makes me start to drool. These brownies are just decadent. Nice and fudgy with chunks of Oreo cookies in them. And then there’s the whole cream cheese layer thing. Takes them over the top. Uber delicious!

Recipe for seriously amazing Oreo Cheesecake Brownies

I may or may not have hidden the last brownie so that I wouldn’t have to share it with anyone. 😉
We like them served with a nice cold glass of milk. Because they are pretty rich. Not that I mind.

I like these brownies best after they are cooled, but you could certainly eat them warm if that floats your boat.

Cheesecake Oreo Brownies. Everyone loves this dessert!

How to make Oreo Cheesecake Brownies

  1. Start by making the filling. Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth, then beat in the egg and vanilla. Stir in the crushed Oreos and set aside.
  2. For the brownie batter, beat butter, sugars, and cocoa till well combined and smooth. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour and more crushed Oreos.
  3. Spread batter into a well greased 9×13″ pan. (I like to line mine with foil.) Pour filling over the top and spread evenly. Swirl with a knife or spoon handle.
  4. Bake at 350° for about 40-45 minutes or till toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before serving.
