This crunchy white chocolate snack mix was one of the snacks that I served at our New Year’s Eve Party. It was the first to disappear. I love the combination of the sweet and salty flavors.
This crunchy white chocolate snack mix is a crowd favorite!

You can’t tell at first that it is covered in white chocolate, so people usually just take a small amount. After one bite, they always go back for seconds. . .or thirds. . .or fourths. . . I’m warning you that it is very hard to stop eating it. It looks simple, but it is sooo yummy and very addicting.
Crunchy White Chocolate Snack Mix- a sweet and salty treat that everyone loves! It makes a large bowl, but if you have a big crowd, you may want to double it. Enjoy!!

Did you use home popped popcorn or microwave? And if it is home popped did you salt it?

I usually use plain air popped popcorn, but you can use microwave popcorn. It’s a pretty fail proof recipe. 🙂
