    I was looking for something quick and easy to make tonight with chicken tenders and this was the first recipe I saw. I happened to have everything and made it.
    It was delicious! I will say that the FRESH grated parmesan made a huge difference I’m sure. I used some parmesiano reggiano I bought at Aldi (much less expensive than other places.) I also drizzled a few TBSPs of melted margarine over the top before I baked it. What’s a few more calories right? Ha ha. I wasn’t sure whether to cover it or not, so I baked it uncovered. Thanks for posting.

    Do you think this recipe would freeze well?

      I don’t know if it would freeze well. I worry that the mayonnaise would separate and the breading would become soggy. But you could freeze a small portion to test it out.

    Could you please let me know if the temperature you’ve mentioned is in Celcius or Fahrenheit? I don’t want to set my oven to the wrong temperature.

      I’m in the U.S., so all my baking temperatures are Fahrenheit. 🙂
