Bacon. We have a love hat relationship the two of us. I love that it tastes so good in so many things. I hate that it is not a very healthy food. I can’t give it up altogether, so I use it sparingly. I’m actually not that fond of eating plain bacon, but I love using it in recipes. When I saw these Bacon Cheese Biscuits at Two Peas and Their Pod, I had to try them.

You will love these Bacon Cheddar Biscuits - they are fantastic alone, or dipped in soup.

They are delicious, especially with a bowl of Corn Chowder. They come together super fast, you don’t even need to roll them out. I have made them without the green onions, and my boys prefer them that way. So you can use them if you want, but feel free to omit them. They are full of goodness just with the bacon and cheese.

These biscuits are so simple to make. You can just grate in the butter, although you can use a pastry cutter if you prefer. They only take a few minutes of prep time, and they taste outstanding!

Easy Bacon Cheddar Cheese Biscuits - a mouthwatering side to any meal.

I usually make these into drop biscuits, but this time around I patted the dough out on a floured surface and cut them into squares. It doesn’t affect the taste, but I think it makes them a little prettier. You can use whichever method you prefer.
