Favorite recipes from Creations by Kara in 2014As the year comes to a close, I though I’d share 12 of my favorite recipes from 2014.
Some of them are sweet, some of them are savory. All of them are yummy. Except the last one! 🙂

Did you catch all of them the first time around, and if so, have you made any of them?
Which one is your favorite?

12 Favorite Recipes from 2014

Parmesan Crusted Baked Pork Chops
These were a reader favorite as well- they have been pinned over 40 thousand times. Crazy! But they really are a tasty way to prepare pork chops, so you should give ’em a try!

Korean Beef and Rice
Main dishes do not get easier than this. Serve with a salad or frozen veggies, and you have a yummy meal in about 20 minutes. A weeknight dinner miracle!

Honey Maple Crock Pot Tenderloin
This was the first time I’ve ever cooked a tenderloin, and it was so yummy I don’t think I could even try another recipe. Serious yum!

Honey Walnut Shrimp
My family adored this shrimp. It’s better than take-out, and so much cheaper. A new family favorite for special occasions.

Copycat Red Lobster Biscuits
These are deadly. Enough said.

Creamy Cranberry Salad
Who knew that an entire family of cranberry haters could love a cranberry salad so much. Pretty, and perfect for holiday gatherings!

Cinnamon Crumb Apple Coffee Cake
I love coffee cake -easy prep, no standing over a griddle. This one tastes fab and makes the house smell divine!

Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes
These are the prettiest cupcakes I’ve ever made. And they were to die for yummy, with several layers of flavor in every bite. Seriously- make them!

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies with Pudding
This cookie recipe has been a family favorite for decades. Can’t believe it took me so long to share the recipe!
My mom says this is the only chocolate chip cookie recipe that turns out perfectly for her every single time! They are so good.

Candy Bar Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups
Speaking of chocolate chip cookies. If you want to take them up a notch (or ten), stuff them with candy bars and top them with ice cream and fudge sauce. Heaven on a plate.

Chocolate Turtle Cake
People. This cake is rockin’ awesome. You will want to lick your plate. And have another slice. And lick your plate again. Make it. ASAP!

Laundry Soap
No, this isn’t a food. But I love this homemade laundry soap. It gets the job done, and saves me so much money!! If you haven’t tried it yet, what are you waiting for?
